OK - What about the plans?
Yes, you can get the plans!
The plans are 22 Auto CAD files that show the single parts of the device which especially need to be build. In addition there is an html-file that lists the components that need to be bought. A picture file(.tif), shows how the parts fit together.
To build the device you need to have some technical skills!
When you builded your own device you can do your own investigation and developing. I was told that the costs for the materials where about 1500 EUR.

Everybody who uses the plans is invited to videotape his investigations and publish them on the internet, for example on youtube so that there will be an investigatione-community. I would be very pleased to publish those on this page also.
You are allowed to build a device for your private use and share the plans with friends, so they can do the same, but not sell or provide the plans for download on the Internet. If you want to use the plans to build more devices to sell or to use in your own invention or anything else to earn money with it - please contact again to get a contract with me.
If you don`t need the plans to build it and the pictures are enough for you - feel free to go ahead, you are welcome! I´m allways interested in your results!
